INDEX: Views Summit is an integral part of the INDEX:2005 world events for design & innovation to improve life in Copenhagen. INDEX: operational lounge people with a special focus on the Views Summit include:

• Development Director Lars Jannick Johansen
  31 years
  
  Lars joined INDEX: in April 2005 after having been an external advisor throughout 2004. He develops the Views Summit and other INDEX: initiatives for companies, organisations and design professionals.
  
  Lars is on leave from the Scandinavian think tank and media house, Monday Morning. Since 2000, he has, among others, explored people’s values towards work, entrepreneurship and the EU, developed networks on public-private partnerships and initiated innovation projects for a long range of partners including Novo Nordisk, the World Economic Forum and the European Commission. Since late 2003, he has been Project Director at Monday Morning, reorganising and leading its think tank “Strategic Forum”.
  
  Previously, Lars has held trainee positions at the Royal Danish Embassy to Ukraine, the Danish Atlantic Treaty Association and the Danish Evaluation Institute, among others.
  
  Lars is MA in Central and East European Studies from University College London and MA in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen, supplemented by studies at the University of Vienna. He is also a former “Researcher in Residence” for the OSCE in Prague and The Hague.
• Growth Manager Wickie Meier
  42 years
  
  Wickie is a fashion designer by profession and graduated from Designskolen Kolding. Wickie was assigned to INDEX: in January 2002, after 15 years as a designer, project manager and management consultant in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Malmö.
  
  As project manager and designer at her Copenhagen-based company NowHere, Wickie has worked with business processes, development coaching and workshop facilitating. She has worked for leading Danish companies, such as Munthe plus Simonsen, Georg Jensen, BG Bank, Post Danmark, Nordea and the Ørestad Development Company.
  
  Wickie has extensive experience within trends, design and development for creative companies and educational institutions. For the last decade she has been a part of KaosPilots (a project manager programme based in Aarhus) and the KaosManagement Network. Since 2000, she has been a member of the KaosPilots Inspirational Lounge.
  
  Between 1996 and 2001, Wickie was the project manager of the annual Copenhagen Fashion and Design Festival, and along with Kigge she created Klub 100 – a charitable “Network of Surplus’ for the Danish Red Cross. She has lectured at Masters of Media in Sweden and at Kaospilots in Aarhus.
  
  At INDEX: Wickie is responsible for Views, the network and for development.
• Project Coordinator Pernille Johansen
  27 years
  
  Pernille is a master student in economics at the University of Copenhagen. After returning from an exchange period studying at the University of Brussels she joined INDEX: as a Project Coordinator in January 2005. Pernille is responsible for the activities in the INDEX: Views ON - Oresund Network and is part of the team creating the INDEX: Views Summit.
  
  Parallel to her studies Pernille has been a Project Manager of the Economics’ Cabaret from 2002-2004, in charge of organizing, fundraising, undertaking graphic design of poster and program as well as participating on stage.
  
  Pernille is a former student at the Art School in Holbaek, Denmark. In continuation of her stay at the Art School she was invited to exhibit her paintings at the “Young Nordic Artist” exhibition on Bornholm in Denmark.
  
  After INDEX:2005 Pernille is moving to Los Angeles to write her master thesis, visiting the Art Center College of Design, Pasadena focusing on the INDEX: agenda.
• Project Manager Katja Norved
  29 years
  
  Katja is an Interaction designer graduated from Designskolen Kolding she joined the INDEX: crew in June 2005 after having studied project management at Niels Brock Copenhagen Business School.
  
  Previously katja has done projects for The Danish ministry of economic and business affairs- Campaign for the Danish safety authority, Lettre Internationale- Interactive campaign, Georg Jensen Damask- business plan including design strategy and Designer upside Down a group exhibition for young Danish designers in Beijing, China.
  
  Outside of INDEX: katja is a seascout leader teaching sailing, project planning and project management to young seascout leaders.

• Project Coordinator Mette Willert
  30 years
  
  Mette joined the INDEX: crew in June 2005.
  
  Mette is a student at the Masters Programme in Marketing Communications Management at the Copenhagen Business School. She has previously lived in London, where she graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Combined Studies from London Guildhall University.
  
  Mette is a former student at the Art School, Engelsholm where she worked with glass fusing. Since the beginning of 2001 she has been a partner in a creative workshop in the centre of Copenhagen.
  
  Mette is part of the INDEX:Views team. She is managing and coordinating the Summits hostess, while the international Creative Leaders are staying in Copenhagen.
