HOME is one of the five INDEX:2005 categories that cover key dimensions of human life quality.

HOME experts, futurists from The Arlington Institute and students from 7 design schools around the world (China, India, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Chile, USA & Denmark) have identified a number of pertinent HOME challenges to human life around the world, including:

• Redesign our housing and urban life to be green, sustainable, amenable & affordable
• Redesign our home life to accommodate the needs of new ways of living, new urbanites and diverse groups & communities
