COMMUNITY: Redesign how we live together sustainably

COMMUNITY is one of the five INDEX:2005 categories that cover key dimensions of human life quality.

COMMUNITY experts, futurists from The Arlington Institute and students from 7 design schools around the world (China, India, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Chile, USA & Denmark) have identified a number of pertinent COMMUNITY challenges to human life around the world, including:

• Redesign our use of natural resources & our personal eco-awareness in daily life
• Redesign our communities for democratic, social and intergenerational well-being & security

INDEX: Views participants will select their specific focus area within COMMUNITY at the beginning of the Summit.
